International Women’s Day: Inspiring Inclusivity at MASECO

Collective action and shared ownership for driving gender parity is what makes International Women’s Day impactful. Gloria Steinem, world-renowned feminist, journalist and activist once explained “The story of women’s struggle for equality belongs to no single feminist nor to any one organisation but to the collective efforts of all who care about human rights.”

At MASECO Private Wealth, we have joined together to produce our own short video and campaign to support this year’s theme for International Women’s Day of #InspireInclusion, featuring 20 of our female staff members from around the business, from our female partner, to our investment, wealth management, operations and client services teams.

When we inspire others to understand and value women’s inclusion, we forge a better world and when women themselves are inspired to be included, there’s a sense of belonging, relevance, and empowerment. This is something that at MASECO Private Wealth we truly believe in and we are proud to not only have so many fantastic women working within the business but also have a strong female initiative driven internally, delivering female focused events and content to our female clients, as well as supporting our clients in building out their professional network, helping them to navigate some of the gender-bias’ they face.
