2026 INTERNSHIP PROGRAMME APPLICATION IS NOW CLOSED

Explore and learn more about MASECO and get a glimpse into what to expect during your application experience.

  • The first step in your internship application is to learn more about MASECO. Look at our website. Consider our values, history and unique US/UK cross border service. Think about the qualities you would bring to the firm, and consider the skills that would help you fulfil your potential.

  • Completion time: Approximately 30-45 mins

Once you decide to apply for the internship programme, you will be taken through a two-step process.

Firstly, you will be taken to an application form to fill in basic details about yourself (name, address, email etc.) and upload your cover letter and resume.

Following that, you will undertake a brief assessment, which will consist of two types of question:

General – These questions will ask about you. This is your chance to put your achievements at the forefront and highlight why you’d be a great fit for an internship at MASECO. There is a limit of 200 words for each response.

Situational – These questions will present you with a hypothetical scenario. There are four possible responses to each scenario. Your task is to judge the single most effective and the single least effective response.

  • We’ll carefully review everything from your application and assessment. If we feel you are a great potential match for the position, we’ll contact you with an invitation to attend an assessment day at our London offices.

At the assessment day, you will be given an insight into working at MASECO, our workplace culture, meet other young MASECO members of staff, and undertake an interview.

  • After your assessment day, if your skills and passion are a perfect fit, we’ll contact you with an offer to join us on our 6 week summer internship programme.

We champion a workplace where you can belong, grow your career, and make an impact.
