Our Culture Committee plays a vital role in this effort, meeting monthly to implement initiatives that enhance our workplace culture and engage with the community. From team-building activities to charitable campaigns, we are passionate about making a meaningful difference. We are also proud to partner with initiatives like the 10,000 Black Intern Programme, which provides valuable opportunities for young Black individuals, helping to promote diversity within the finance sector.

MASECO is deeply committed to socially responsible practices that prioritise both people and the planet. In 2023, our efforts led to saving 29 trees through recycling and achieving a 66% recycling rate, while also promoting sustainable dietary practices within our workforce. We prioritise employee well-being through enhanced benefits and initiatives like the International Week of Happiness at Work. Our commitment to community engagement is exemplified by donating over £25,000 to various charities and sponsoring organisations like London Sports.
