Rebecca Patterson
Rebecca began her career as a Recruitment Consultant at Witan Jardine, recruiting candidates into Asset Management companies. Having taken on a role to recruit inhouse, her career transitioned into becoming a HR Generalist whilst also studying part time for a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management. Rebecca has worked in Human Resources across Europe and Asia, in Private Equity, Institutional Banking, and in Asset Management prior to joining MASECO in 2020. As Head of HR at MASECO, Rebecca is responsible for setting and delivering the people strategy for the firm.
In her spare time…
Rebecca is an avid skier and scuba diver and enjoys time on the water as well. When not travelling abroad, she enjoys running, cycling and making the most of what London has to offer.

- BSc in Psychology
- MA in Human Resource Management, dissertation in Remote Management
- Level 1 & 2 in Psychometric Assessments
